Woke Up On The Wrong Side Of The Bed?

Maybe you did not sleep well, maybe you did not sleep enough, maybe as a woman, it’s your hormones and you are in your winter, which I believe is a time you need to be totally resting, but you still need to show up for life. Maybe you are anxious about an upcoming meeting or a work load that needs to get done this week.

So what should you do? How do you keep this energy form ruining your day, week and being picked up by people around you? Energy is contagious after all.

One tip I’d like to suggest is: make lists.

1. Make a list of everything that is annoying you and worrying you.

2. Inhale, Exhale.

3. Forgive yourself and the people on your list. I’m almost sure there was a lot of blaming in that list.

4. Make another list of things to look forward to today, this week or in a month. Anticipate the good things.

5. Inhale, Exhale.

6. Read the second list again and let the excitement surge in your body as you vividly visualize some items on this list.

7. Show up as your best version. Having tantrums is for children.

I hope this recipe heals of you of that ugly morning mood. Meanwhile, act the way you want to feel.
